About the National Harbor

What to Do

We’re thrilled to be hosting this year’s annual conference at the National Harbor. Situated right on the banks of the historic Potomac River, just twelve miles south of Washington D.C., it’s stunning views and resort-like atmosphere make it the perfect location for this year’s annual conference.

There’s a lot to explore in this small area during your off time from the conference. Just a stone’s throw from the Gaylord you can grab a bite in one of the many restaurants, visit the boutique stores or walk along the marina and take a ride in The Capital Wheel for panoramic views of the nation’s capital. If you’re looking to adventure a bit further there’s shopping at the Tanger outlets, you can try your luck at the MGM National Harbor casino or get a sense of history at George Washington’s Mount Vernon, a short drive away in Virginia.

The National Harbor Circulator shuttle runs every day and can take you around the National Harbor’s hotspots. We expect the weather to be fairly brisk in the mid 40’s range.
