Staying Healthy at CASE DII

The CASE District II Annual Conference is a time to let loose, but this year, we’re encouraging people to stay on-track by continuing their healthy lifestyle habits! Here are some quick items to keep you on the path to success:

Track Your Steps
Keep track of how much you’re walking between your different sessions by taking a screenshot of your step tracking app, sharing on social media, and tagging @CASEDistrictII (Twitter) or @CASEd2conference (Facebook).

Join us for Zumba
Kick off your Monday morning with an exciting mix of cardio-dance moves before the conference gets started for the day. Check the Guidebook app or website for details.

Onsite Fitness Center and Pool
And don’t forget the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center has fantastic gym and pool facilities. The fitness center is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and has cardio equipment and free weights. The indoor pool is open Monday-Thursday: 5am – 9pm and Friday-Sunday: 5am-11pm. Learn more

Hello, Hydration
When you’re jumping from one session to the next, remember to drink plenty of water. This will keep you energized and focused to soak up all of the great information during your sessions. Aim for 8 glasses, or more, per day! We’ll have water stations throughout the conference center. We’re even giving away CASE water bottles at registration, sponsored by Stackable Sensations!

Healthy Eats
There are a lot of tempting food options during our stay at the Gaylord, but when in doubt, opt for items that are high in protein and snacks that will keep you filled up all day long. Don’t forget, we are providing a continental breakfast every morning of the conference! Opt for items that will start your day off right, like a hearty oatmeal or yogurt with fresh fruits. Vegetables and fruits are always a great option to fuel you up!M/p>
